Refund policy

Everything in the Study State shop is a digital download, so please read the product description before you buy.

Change of mind: Because digital files can’t be returned once downloaded, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you’ve bought the wrong guide by mistake, message me straight away and I’ll do my best to help.

If something’s wrong with your file: If a file won’t open, is damaged, is missing pages or isn’t what the listing described, email hope@studystate.onmicrosoft.com within 30 days with your order number. I’ll send you a working file, and if I can’t fix it, I’ll refund you.

Your rights: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund, replacement or repair if a product has a major problem or isn’t as described.
